Fellowship Conference 2010: The Church and the churches: a century of the ecumenical movement

The conference will look at the past history and future prospects and possibilities of the ecumenical movement and inter-Christian relations. In an ever-changing world, has the relationship between members of different Christian traditions grown closer? Does the original vision of the first workers for Christian unity still remain realistic or useful, or are new models needed?.

The programme will include the annual general meeting of the Fellowship, an excursion to the Coptic Orthodox Church Centre, Stevenage and Anglican and Orthodox worship, including the celebration of the Orthodox feast of the Transfiguration.
